Poslovno-stambeni kompleks „Dunavske terase“ se nalazi u ul. Vojvode Micka Krstića br. 1 (ugao Uralske ulice) u Beogradu. U stanove je ugrađena italijanska keramika, hrastov parket, unutrašnja stolarija je od medijapana a ulazna vrata su sigurnosna. Visna plafona je 2,80m. Objekat je priključen na sistem daljinskog grejanja (i plaća se po utrošku), gradsku komunalnu mrežu vodovoda i kanalizacije, elektrodistribucije.
