If you list properties on our platform, you agree to the following:

• All listing information must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
• You must have authorization to list the property
• Keep listings updated and remove sold or unavailable properties promptly
• Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations in Serbia

All content on Novi Kvadrat, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Novi Kvadrat or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property listings or information provided by third parties. Users should independently verify all property information before making any decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novi Kvadrat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
