Kompanija PMC Inženjering izvodiće radove na stambeno-poslovnom objektu u bloku 32, na Novom Beogradu. Ovaj objekat je projektovan na atraktivnoj lokaciji koja je smeštena u Centralnoj zoni Novog Beograda. Objekat će se nalaziti u Bulevaru Zorana Đinđića preko puta Merkator Centra. Objekat je projektovan u formi otvorenog bloka koji se sastoji od tri dominantna kubusa. Stambeni prostori organizovani su u dve prostorne celine u kojima je predviđeno 127 stanova. U kompleksu su zastupljeni stanovi različitih stuktura, od jednosobnih do petosobnih na tipskim etažama,kao i savremeno organizovani dupleksi na poslednjim sparatovima. Svaki od stambenih kubsa podeljen je na dve celine koje imaju zasebne baterije i liftovei zasebna stepeništa čime je broj swtanova po etaži sveden na optimalnu meru. Stanovi su projektovani u skladu sa konceptom savremenog, luksuznog stanovanja.prostrani stanovi imaće velike ozelenjene terase sa dovoljno dnevnog svetla i prirodnom ventilacijom. Integracijom zelenila i arhitekture promoviše se ideja o ekološkoj održivosti čime se poboljšava kvalitet života i svest o upotrebi energije i zaštiti životne sredine. U zapadnom delu objekta, prema postojećem pravoslavnom hramu projektovan je poslovni prostor.
