Dorćol Park

Dorćol Park is a new development at Visokog Stevana 50, Belgrade in Stari Grad, Belgrade. The map on this page marks the plot, so you can check the surroundings, transport links and nearby amenities before you arrange a visit. The address comes straight from the developer's listing and is kept up to date by them, and the exact entrance and parking access are confirmed when you book a viewing.

Dorćol Park is being built by GLG Invest, a developer with 1 project on Novi Kvadrat. You can open the developer's profile from this page to see their other developments, where they build and how their earlier projects progressed. Before buying, check that the developer holds the building permit for this plot and ask how they handled handover dates on their previous projects.

Yes. Dorćol Park has 30 parking spaces for its residents. Parking in a new development is usually sold or leased separately from the apartment, so ask the developer whether a space is included in your unit's price, what a garage or outdoor space costs, and whether it is registered as a separate property, which matters if you later want to sell or rent it on its own.

Heating in Dorćol Park: Central heating. The heating system affects your monthly running costs more than almost any other feature of a new apartment, so ask the developer how the heating is metered, whether each apartment is billed individually, what the expected monthly cost is in winter and whether cooling is included in the same system.
